Mountain Cabin with No-Stairs Entry, Two Game Rooms & Hot Tub

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

• No-stairs entry and main level access.
• 4 car flat leveled parking with easy unloading of luggage and groceries.
• Easy access to main-level deck from common areas.
• Main level deck is gated and can be enclosed like a fence for some dogs, depending on your dog's size and agility. Use your own judgment and be sure to keep a close eye.
• The property borders a common area greenspace with wooded backyard.

Policies and Rules

• Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• This home is pet friendly. There is a $25 per day, per dog fee. (Maximum number of dogs according to listing is 2; property data does not limit number of pets.)
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• House Rules:
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments

• $25 per day, per dog fee. (See pet policy note above.)
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Guests returning to Hawksnest View can receive a 10% discount on the rent, not to be stacked with other discounts.

Parking Information

• 4 car flat leveled parking available on site. Free parking available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Well stocked kitchen with utensils and kitchen basics including microwave/convection oven and refrigerator.
• "Starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. Enough for one night, or maybe two.
• Towels and linens will be provided. Hair dryers are not provided.
• Guests have access to a hot tub, pool table, two game rooms with arcade games, Xbox, board games, two fireplaces, four decks/porches, gas grill, whole-house filtered water system, and seating for large gatherings.
• Washer, dryer, ironing board & iron available.
• High-speed internet, climate control, and TV available.
• Outdoor space includes patio and balcony. Access to tennis courts.

Safety and Emergency Information

• The main level deck may offer some dogs indoor/outdoor flexibility depending on the dog's size and agility. Use your own judgment and keep a close eye. There are bear and coyote sightings regularly as well as other animals.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) due to possibility of inclement weather.
